Details
Reactor system is specially designed according to customer requirements.Heating mode: electric heating, water circulation, heat conducting oil, far infrared heating, etc.
Discharge mode: Up discharging, down discharging.
Stirring shaft: self-lubricating wear-resistant sleeve, suitable for various media stirring.
Mixing forms: propeller type, anchor type, frame type, propulsion type, screw belt type, turbine type, Bulmakin type, etc.
Sealing mode: magnetic seal, mechanical seal, packing seal.
Motor: The motor is a common DC motor or a DC servo motor, or explosion-proof motor can be used according to user's requirements.
Main materials: The autoclave body material mainly uses 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), and can produce titanium (TA2), nickel and nickel alloy, tantalum, zirconium, Hastelloy alloy (C-276, C-22, B-2), tetrafluoro (PTFE) and nickel (Ni6) lining according to different media requirements.
